Hey guys, in this video, I’m taking you along with me on my first SAG-AFTRA picket line experience. I’ll be interviewing other participants to learn about their experiences and the importance of fighting for fair contracts in the entertainment industry. I was a bit nervous at first, but I quickly learned that everyone has a role to play in this fight. It was fun, easy, and extremely motivating to be surrounded by such solidarity. From strike captains to pre-members, we all can make a difference in securing financial stability and better working conditions. Throughout the video, I’ll interview people on the Paramount Pictures studio lot, and they each share their tips on how to join the picket lines and where to find resources like picket locations, parking, and safety tips.
