⁠Keeping our team updated with our schedules is part of our j-o-b and if we want to be treated like professionals we have to treat our team that way too. ⁠⁠

⁠⁠I put all my reps on the same email as a BCC (manager, VO, Print, Commercial, Theatrical) and send them a team update. Even when I go away for a day. Even when I haven’t had many auditions.⁠⁠ ⁠

I also do this when I book a job so everyone knows when I am booked up, whether it’s on a trip or on set! Either way, they need to know.⁠
